The certificate of completion of the Boyne catchment drainage scheme was signed by the Minister for Finance on 12 May 1987. The scheduled drainage works of the scheme had been completed prior to that date. The carrying out of any necessary works of fishery rehabilitation is not affected by the signing of the certificate of completion.
