Such details are very extensive and are contained in a large number of documents agreed from time to time at the Conciliation Council under the Garda conciliation and arbitration scheme. Details are not contained in any convenient form or in any way that could be readily made available. They are, however, contained in the Garda Code (or circulars amending the Code) which is on issue throughout the force for the guidance of members.
