asked the Minister for Education if, as a result of the announcement of Friday, 20 November, Clonown national school, County Roscommon, will be in the deprived area in view of the extreme difficulties experienced in that area over the past number of years; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that as a result of the change of the pupil-teacher ratio that the school will be reduced to one teacher; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
