A proposal from Dublin County Council to lease the premises to which the Deputy refers was received in my Department on 28 May, 1987. The council have been informed that their proposal appears to be acceptable and have been requested, in accordance with normal procedure, to forward the deed of conveyancy for endorsement of the Minister's consent. When this is received there will be no avoidable delay in finalising the matter.
