asked the Minister for Finance if he will indicate when a rebate of tax due to a person (details supplied) will be paid.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 18 and 57 together.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a cheque in settlement of the refund due was issued to the taxpayer on 8 December 1987.
