I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that the Regional Small Industry Boards have, on average, achieved a reduction of at least 2.5 percentage points in average fixed assets grant rates in 1987 over 1986.
As preliminary figures only are available at this stage, I am not in a position to supply detailed figures on a regional basis.
