I would refer the Deputy to my reply of 2 February to a similar question put down by Deputies Bruton and Nealon which clarifies the position on grant payments. That position pertains also for other (non-grant) moneys payable from the Vote.
With regard to unpaid grants under farm investment schemes I would refer the Deputy to my reply to him of 16 February.
