Vol. 378 No. 6

Written Answers. - Dublin Community Hall.

213.

asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of the unanticipated extra site costs which have arisen in relation to the Rowlagh community hall project at Clondalkin, Dublin 22, (details supplied) he will agree to make funds available equal to the extra costs incurred, especially in view of the fact that the area concerned has no other community facilities and is a less well-off area.

An application for additional assistance for this project under the amenity grants scheme, which is being financed from the national lottery surplus, is being considered. I am not yet in a position to indicate what the outcome may be.
