, Limerick West): As part of the Government's programme for achieving reductions in the level of public expenditure it has been decided that annual training for members of the First Line Reserve will not be held in 1988. Notwithstanding the suspension of annual training, members of the First Line Reserve, who would in the normal course qualify for the annual training gratuities, will be paid those gratuities.
