, Limerick West): Competitions for the award of apprenticeships in the Army Apprentice School, Naas, and Air Corps Apprentice School, Baldonnel, were advertised in early February, 1988. These competitions were open to candidates between 16 and 18½ years of age on 1 September 1988, and who, at time of applying, possessed the necessary educational qualifications in the group or intermediate certificate.
