asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in payment of the final instalment of a £600 mortgage subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford which was due on 28 February 1988; and when payment of same will be made.
The third instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid as soon as possible; the process of computerising records is giving rise at payment stage to delays beyond the normal.
