The Land Commission has agreed to re-allot the lands in question to the beneficial owner. The relevant documents were forwarded to the owner's solicitors for the necessary signatures in January 1988 in response to their letter of 27 November 1987. The return of these documents is awaited to enable the case to be finalised.
