The procedure for the issue of butter vouchers in the area in which the person in question resides is that they are issued on a monthly basis to eligible persons by the community welfare officer. The new vouchers which come into effect on 1 July 1988 have been distributed to health boards and no difficulty or delay in their issue to recipients is anticipated.
