The number of eligible pupils offering for transport from the general area referred to by the Deputy is insufficient to warrant the maintanance of the special service to Kilflynn national school.
Accordingly, it will not be open to my Department to continue the service after summer 1988.
However, the question of catering from the pupils on the service who are eligible for transport to Kilflynn, by using another service operating from the adjacent area, is being considered.
