As I have explained previously to the House, almost all the matters envisaged in the Fianna Fáil election manifesto, as coming within the scope of the Legal Services Review Commission are being examined by the Fair Trade Commission in the course of its current study of the legal profession.
Accordingly, I intend to await the outcome of that study, and to review the matter in the light of its findings.
