The person named will be paid his 1985 and 1986 Cattle Headage grants and Suckler Cow Premium shortly. The delay in processing his applications arose because he had an off-farm income and failed, until recently, to submit income tax assessments for the tax years ended 6 April 1985 and 1986 despite having been requested to do so on numerous occasions since 1985.
