Grants under the 1987 ewe premium scheme and the 1988 sheep headage scheme were not paid to the person named because he refused to certify that the sheep he presented for inspection belonged to him.
The person named will be asked in the near future to certify that the sheep presented did in fact belong to him. If he does so, ewe premium and sheep headage grants will be paid to him.
