No decision has yet been made by the EC Commission. The Commission must establish before 1 March 1989 the level of Community cereal production for the 1988 harvest. This will determine what refund, if any, of the additional co-responsibility levy is payable. Small cereal producers will be entitled to a refund of both basic and additional levies on the first 25 tonnes of grain sold irrespective of Community production.
