At this stage it is not possible to give a precise figure for milk deliveries for the 1988-89 quota year as most co-ops and dairies have yet to furnish final figures for deliveries made during the period. In any event it would not be appropriate for me to furnish details of super-levy of individual co-ops or dairies. However, as I announced recently, preliminary figures indicate that the national super-levy liability for 1988-89 will be about £9 million.
