The project is currently housed in accommodation provided by Dublin Corporation who advised them that they would have to vacate the premises by the end of June 1989. Through my intervention this has been extended to 1 October 1989. In the meantime, I have requested the Eastern Health Board and my Department, in association with Dublin Corporation, to find alternative accommodation for the project before mid-August to allow for its preparation prior to transfer.
I am confident that this time-table will be adhered to and that there will be no disruption in the services provided by the community services project.
