Tenders for the proposed extension and general improvements to Ring national school, County Waterford, which have been submitted to my Department are being examined. When the examination of tenders has been completed a decision on the placing of a contract will be conveyed to the school authorities.

asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding the proposed girls' national school at Dunmore East, County Waterford.
I have approved the provision of a new convent national school at Dunmore East, County Waterford. Following approval from my Department the school authorities invited tenders for the project on 3 July 1989 and the closing date for receipt is 27 July 1989.
