(Limerick East) asked the Minister for Finance if he will make arrangements to transfer the Garda barracks in Pallasgreen, County Limerick, which is no longer in use and which is in a bad state of repair to the local community; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The required contract documentation having been prepared, the former Garda station premises at Pallasgreen are being offered for sale on the open market, in pursuance of Government policy on the disposal of surplus State property.
