asked the Minister for the Environment whether he will provide finance from the national lottery funds or otherwise to complete and equip Rowlagh Parish Community Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, in an area estimated to have 65 to 70 per cent unemployment and where, if work has to stop, it will require additional money to secure the building, which is 90 per cent completed, against theft and vandalism and to restart the project.
