The request in question was that The Workers' Party spokesperson on legal and prison affairs should be allowed to visit prisons to observe at first hand the work and conditions within them. I am of the view that it might be advantageous if a visit of the nature were to be arranged for a small group, to include representatives of all parties, and I hope this can be done in the near future.
