I am aware of the need for the provision of a girls' secondary school in Bandon, County Cork. Architectural planning of the proposed new school has reached the bills of quantities stage and the next stage is the invitation of tenders. However, the rate at which this project, as with all other such projects, may proceed, is dependent on the availability of capital resources and on my Department's other commitments and priorities.
