The person concerned has been in receipt of disability benefit since 22 September 1975. She currently receives £50.45 weekly which includes half rate child dependant allowance in respect of two qualified children.
There is no record in this Department of a claim from the person concerned for full child dependant allowance. Arrangements will now be made for an inspector from the Department to visit the claimant and establish her present circumstances. The claimant's entitlement will be reviewed in the light of the inspector's report.
