The allocation of provisional quotas under this scheme has been made on the basis of the land operated at the time of the non-marketing scheme and in particular as to whether the producer whose non-marketing period expired after 30 September 1983, operates sufficient of this land to warrant an allocation of 60 per cent of the quantity on which he was paid the non-marketing premium.
