asked the Minister for Health when the refund applied for on 30 September 1989 under the refund of medicines scheme will be processed for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 94 and 103 together.
The question of the payment of individual claims under the drugs refund scheme is the responsibility of the chief executive officer of the appropriate health board. Accordingly, the Deputies' questions are being referred to the Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputies.
