213 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in payment of an installation aid grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and whether arrangements are being made for immediate payment.
I expect that it will be possible to determine this application shortly. If the applicant is found to be eligible payment will be made as soon as possible.
214 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment under the 1988 calf premium scheme will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.
The person named will be paid his 1988 calf premium scheme grant shortly.
215 Mr. M. Kitt asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when sheep headage grants will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.
The person named does not qualify for an advance of the 1989 ewe-premium because his application for such an advance was not received before the closing date, 8 December 1989. The full premium will be paid in July/August if an inspection of the flock shows that he has complied with all the terms and conditions of the scheme.
216 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
Payments to this applicant under the 1989 EC suckler cow premium; calf premium and EC special beef premium schemes are being processed and will issue shortly.
217 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if outstanding cattle headage payments, a suckler grant, a beef subsidy and a calf premium will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; the reason payment has not issued to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The person named will be paid his 1989 cattle headage (balance), calf premium, suckler cow and special beef premium schemes grants when the payments involved are processed by computer. He has already been paid in advance of his 1989 cattle headage scheme grant.
