90 Mr. Kavanagh asked the Minister for Education if she will ensure that no organisation which was allocated funding from the national lottery by her Department in 1990 will have rules or practices which discriminate against women.
It is already a requirement of my Department's schemes that national sporting organisations in receipt of grant aid must possess a constitution which is acceptable to the Department. A key element of any such constitution is that the organisation be structured on democratic lines.
