131 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment the local authorities in the country which do not have service charges.
The local authorities concerned are Dublin Corporation and Dublin County Council.
132 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment the total amount collected by all local authorities in the country for service charges in the most recent year for which figures are available; and the likely figure if there were a 100 per cent collection.
Local authorities collected £28.5 million in respect of domestic service charges including arrears in 1988 as against an estimated income figure of £32 million contained in their 1988 Estimates.
