90 Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the serious concern being expressed by parents and teachers regarding students of model schools who have been deprived of a teacher; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
I assume that the Deputy is referring to the Cork Model School in his question. I have examined the situation in this school and am satisfied that the staffing of the school is in accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Government and the INTO on the staffing of national schools and the provisions of the rules for national schools.
