Ceist:170 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the contents of the five-year operational programme for sanitary services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 159 and 170 together.
An operational programme for sanitary and other local services has been submitted to the EC Commission. The programme will be published when it has been approved by the Commission.
