166 Mr. Harte asked the Minister for the Environment if he received documents from Donegal County Council seeking sanction to provide a fire station in Milford; the date on which he received the documents; and when he proposes to sanction same.

The Donegal County Council's proposal for the acceptance of a tender in this case was submitted to my Department on 16 November. My Department will be writing to the local authority shortly in the matter.
