Ceist:37 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has any plans to remove price control from petrol and petrol products in 1990; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have no plans at present to remove price control from the petroleum products to which it currently covers. When I have received the final report of the Fair Trade Commission on its public inquiry into the supply and distribution of petrol, I will consider the matter further.
