Ceist:101 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for Finance if he will make immediate arrangements for a sub-contractor's C2 tax certificate to issue to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a sub-contractors certificate of authorisation was issued to the taxpayer on 16 February 1990.
