19 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Communications if he will outline the major developments that will take place in 1990 that are accounted for in the capital allocation for his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The capital allocation contained in the 1990 Estimate for my Department is £100,000. The provision is required for the on-going purchase of essential apparatus for wireless telegraphy equipment for the purposes of regulating and monitoring the radio frequency spectrum.
