Ceist:63 Dr. Lee asked the Minister for the Environment if he intends to re-introduce the Control of Horses Bill, 1989 which lapsed at the time of dissolution of the last Dáil.

I did not introduce this Bill and, having regard to the fact that I have no responsibilities in relation to the control of horses, the question of my re-introducing it does not arise.
