82 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for the Environment the names and numbers of EC Directives relating to the environment which have been ratified by Dáil Éireann; and those which are awaiting ratification.

The attached schedule lists the environment-tal directives for which the Department of the Environment has a direct responsibility. With the exception of those, subject to comments, all have been transposed into Irish law by the appropriate statutory means.
