Ceist:57 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Education if she has received a request for a meeting with the parents' representative of St. Camin's Community School, Shannon, County Clare; and when the meeting will take place.

The Deputy will be very well aware that I received correspondence dated 14 February from the parents' representatives of St. Camin's Community School requesting a meeting with myself or officials of my Department to discuss the enrolment policy for the school. According to the correspondence I received, copies of the letter were forwarded to all the Deputies of the constituency.
The Deputy will also be aware of the many requests for meetings which a Minister receives and it is my policy to respond to as many as possible, subject to other commitments. I have asked my office to arrange a meeting between the parents' representatives and officials of my Department to discuss the enrolment of students at St. Camin's Community School.
