75 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Finance the types of land rover used by farmers in the course of their business which are acceptable for the use of red diesel; if he has any plans to allow all types of land rovers used by farmers in the course of their business to be included in this category; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Landrovers of any type may not legally use marked gas oil (the current colour of which is green not red) whether used by farmers in the course of their business or by any other person for any purpose.

I am happy with these arrangements and see no need to change them at present.
