Ceist:79 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if a VAT refund will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the application was made in 1988.
Written Answers. - VAT Refund.
I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the repayment in question, to the amount of £1,782,80, relates to the taxable period January/February 1988, and that it was formally disallowed and the trader concerned advised accordingly.
