Ceist:98 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Finance the number of commissioned reports which he is currently awaiting from committees, commissions, inter-departmental committees and working groups.

I am currently awaiting the following reports:
(i) The Review Body on Higher Remuneration in the Public Sector, which will examine the remuneration (salary, fees and allowances) of consultant medical staff employed by the health boards, public voluntary hospitals and other health agencies, and the terms and conditions (other than remuneration) which should attach to them.
(ii) An inter-departmental working group, set up to examine the particular supervisory arrangements to be applied to the Stock Exchange in tandem with an examination of the proposed EC directive on investment services in the securities field.
(iii) An inter-departmental committee on communications facilities for emergency services.
