Ceist:

87 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly who is eligible for such a refund having regard to the fact that he is eligible for a farm development grant.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the claim in question has been approved for payment and that a cheque in settlement will issue shortly.
