Ceist:168 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he will clarify the arrangments which were made by the then Minister for Local Government, when the 1973 tenant purchase scheme was introduced, to reduce the price of house repayments for tenant purchasers who had commenced the purchase of their dwellings prior to the 1973 scheme.
