Ceist:121 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve the provision of a sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in the present year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Kilkenny County Council were advised in January of this year to submit to my Department, as a matter of urgency, revised contract documents and working drawings of this scheme. Pending the submission of this documentation, I am not in a position to make a decision on this proposal.
