Ceist:

157 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Justice when the proposed rectification of boundaries as submitted by Kerry County Council, will be finalised in the Land Registry, having regard to the urgency of many cases where loan applications are held up pending the rectification of title; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that from the information supplied it has not been possible to trace the application referred to in the question. If the Deputy will let me have the date of lodgment of the application in the Land Registry or any other references which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
