Before proceeding to Question Time this afternoon I feel Members would wish very much to join me in extending a most warm and cordial welcome to the members of the Cypriot parliamentary delegation who are happily with us this afternoon and are led by their President of the House of Representatives, Dr. Vassos Lyssarides. On behalf of the Members of the House I trust they will have a very pleasant and fruitful stay with us in Ireland and I bid them a most hearty céad míle fáilte, a hundred thousand welcomes.
