72 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if charges of obstruction or breach of the peace were brought against any individuals arising out of incidents (details supplied) on 10 May 1990; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
It is a matter for the Garda Síochána, acting where necessary on the advice of or in consultation with the Director of Public Prosecutions, to take whatever action may be appropriate in matters of this kind. I am informed by the Garda authorities that no charges were brought arising out of the incident referred to.
