Ceist:

134 Mr. Davern asked the Minister for the Environment when the request of Cashel Urban District Council for disposal of fee simple for an address (details supplied) in County Tipperary, pursuant to the provisions of section 141 of the Municipal Corporations (Ireland) Act, 1840, will be granted.

The proposal from Cashel UDC, received in my Department on 9 February 1990, to dispose of the fee simple interest in the premises to which the Deputy refers is at present the subject of correspondence with the valuation office. There will be no avoidable delay in finalising it.
